I'm a wife, mom, sister, daughter, and believer in slow stitching. When i started quilting I was swept up in what I call the "quilt race". Trying to keep up with fellow quilters who sewed machine pieced quilts who could complete multiple versions of their pattern in the time that it takes to make one English paper piecing quilt. I hit a burn out. I took a break. Now I'm back with a new outlook and new drive to not worry about follower counts or even sales (all though those are nice). To create something I'm proud in and will allow others to have the curage to take the time and enjoy every slow stitch because life is all about the little things.
